With in-house architectural and engineering expertise, field modifications and value engineering can be made on an as needed basis on the construction site, eliminating costly re-design and re-engineering delays.

Village Partners CM LLC also performs third party construction management and has completed over 1,000 residential units as well as commercial projects for our clients. These projects commonly begin with vacant land on which our team completes suggested land plans and preliminary cost analysis followed by conceptual architectural design and economic feasibility. Once the initial concepts are completed, we will work with our client through in house value engineering to meet the financial parameters established for the project.
