With our Appraisal background and Real Estate Research Corporation affiliation, we complete our own in-house feasibility and appraisal analysis on all proposed projects, performing in depth economic analyses of total direct and indirect development costs to determine the income producing potential and financial viability of a proposed development. These pre-development feasibility studies are subsequently reviewed and validated by outside market studies and independent analysis generally retained by our lenders and equity partners.
